Project Overview

The client required a fast-turnaround retrofit of an emissions and noise control system at a high-security, historically protected facility. Existing silencers had to be removed and replaced, with new roof-mounted SCR systems installed within 48 hours—without disrupting operations of a critical research site.

Solution Provided

E.I. Williams/IMS engineered solutions are smarter, cleaner and quieter! For ease of installations,  three compact airless SCR systems with integrated silencers were pre-mounted on skids for rapid rooftop installation. A single 5,000-liter DEF tank with dual-feed capability was used to supply all three systems to save the costs. The solution featured advanced acoustic engineering and full real-time diagnostics to ensure emissions and operational compliance under tight timelines.
